Installation
Use this section to choose the right install path for your environment.
Before You Install
- Enable and link the My Media for Alexa skill in the Alexa app first.
- Confirm your server and Alexa devices are on the same local network.
- Keep TCP port 52051 available for the web console.
Choose Your Platform

After Installation
For all platforms, finish setup in this order:
- Open the My Media Web Console at
http://<server-ip>:52051. - Complete pairing with your Amazon account in the setup flow.
- Add one or more Watch Folders so My Media can index your library.
- Test with a basic command like: "Alexa, open My Media."
Continue with Pairing and Watch Folders.
